About Us

Inspired by the success of the AccessAbilities Expo in Dubai:

Egypt stands out among African and Arab countries for its policies and initiatives related to People with Disabilities, and Cairo was chosen to host this event because it is one of the largest cities in Africa with a diverse population, and because it is a pioneer in caring for the community of People with Disabilities.
The exhibition will be organized by Nadd Al Shiba PR & Event Management, a Dubai-based event management and public relations company, responsible for organizing the AccessAbilities expo, which will hold its 7th edition at the Dubai World Trade Centre in October 2025 as the largest platform in the Middle East for consumers with disabilities and technology manufacturers.

The AccessAbilities Expo Arabia & Africa will be held over three days on May 26, 27 and 28, 2025, and the organizers have chosen Cairo as the gateway to the first edition of the Arab-African Access to Disabilities Expo. The B2C trade fair will give People with Disabilities, their families and caregivers the opportunity to explore an amazing range of products and services that meet their specialized health, rehabilitation and technological needs.

Message from the Organiser

It is our honor at AccessAbilities Expo Arabia & Africa to present you with an exceptional event serving a massive market of nearly 2 billion people, of whom more than 16% are individuals with disabilities — around 250 million people of them in urgent need of various types of support and assistance.

The Arab and African market is one of the largest emerging markets globally, spanning vast areas that make up about 30% of the Earth’s landmass and home to around 25% of the world’s population. This makes it an ideal investment destination for government entities aiming to elevate the quality of their services and enhance their country’s reputation, as well as for companies and institutions specializing in assistive technologies, applications, and rehabilitation programs, eager to invest in untapped sectors in this extensive region. It also helps them establish a strong presence in a market of 2 billion people, positioning them as strategic partners with governments of these countries in bringing about a qualitative shift in the lives of people with disabilities.

The expo will be held in Cairo, Egypt, from May 26 to 28, 2025, at the Egypt International Exhibitions Center. In its inaugural edition, it is expected to host more than 150 exhibitors from over 30 countries worldwide, attracting more than 30,000 visitors from various nations, including senior officials and decision-makers from ministries and government agencies responsible for key sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, education, assistive technologies, sports, tourism, and human resources, alongside representatives from private companies, rehabilitation centers, specialized experts, families of People with Disabilities, and other concerned parties.

The event will feature numerous important activities, such as international conferences discussing disability issues and the daily challenges faced by this group, as well as awareness workshops, seminars on early detection, the importance of inclusion in all aspects of life, and other critical issues.

In a bid to serve millions of People with Disabilities, we will launch the largest awareness and development campaign in the history of Arab and African countries. This initiative aims to shed light on the challenges faced by People with Disabilities and to inform decision-makers of their short- and long-term needs, improving their quality of life and ensuring their full integration into society.

We are confident that this event will mark a turning point in supporting People with Disabilities in the region, opening new horizons for investment and partnerships that enhance the well-being of this vital segment of society.

We look forward to seeing you and your participation in this exceptional event.
